Warranty
GFI System products come with a 2 year (from the date of purchase) warranty for workmanship and components.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper storage.
Warranty is not transferable or assignable and will only be issued to the original owner.
How to obtain service under this Warranty
Contact GFI System through email, support@gfisystem.com, for Return Authorization and information. Proof of original ownership may be required in the form of a purchase receipt.
Please fill out the registration form below to activate your warranty coverage.
Serial number of your pedal can be found on the sticker on the packaging box.
For pedals that has editor software support, the serial number may also be viewed on the editor.
